GCI Science & Technology (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Technical Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting server-related issues, supporting infrastructure operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance. This role involves providing remote technical assistance, conducting diagnostics, and coordinating with onsite support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
