
The L3 Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-level production support for Core Banking applications. This role involves ensuring system availability and performance while collaborating with various teams to resolve complex issues.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include incident, problem, and change management, following ITIL processes. You will also be involved in software deployment and release management, adhering to DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
3-5 years of experience in L2/L3 Support.
Strong understanding of Core Banking systems and Channels.
Hands-on experience in payment systems support.
Good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Proficiency in English (C1 Advanced).
