Role Summary

The L3 Technical Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-level production support for Core Banking applications. This role involves ensuring system availability and performance while collaborating with various teams to resolve complex issues.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include incident, problem, and change management, following ITIL processes. You will also be involved in software deployment and release management, adhering to DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L3 production support for Core Banking applications on the AS400 platform.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues escalated from L2 support.
  • Collaborate with various teams for seamless issue resolution.
  • Handle software deployment and release management using ALDON.
  • Adhere to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Engage in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of banking applications.

Job Requirements

3-5 years of experience in L2/L3 Support.

Strong understanding of Core Banking systems and Channels.

Hands-on experience in payment systems support.

Good knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Proficiency in English (C1 Advanced).
