The Landscape Executive is responsible for managing nurseries according to standard operating procedures and output standards. This role involves planning and executing departmental targets while overseeing a diverse team to ensure optimal growth of landscape plants.

In this position, you will engage in daily management of nurseries, ensuring that all operations align with established standards. You will work closely with a team of local and foreign workers to achieve departmental goals and maintain the health of landscape plants. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure nurseries are managed according to SOPs and output standards. - Plan and execute departmental targets effectively. - Manage a team of local and foreign workers. - Propagate and deliver plants on schedule. - Maintain landscape plants for optimal growth. - Monitor and evaluate plant health and growth conditions. - Implement pest control measures and manage fertilizer usage.
