As a Lead Analyst in Testing, you will be responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure software meets specified standards and end-user requirements. You will liaise with stakeholders to analyze business applications, evaluate user needs, and define actions to improve IT systems. The role involves performing GAP analysis, process mapping, and managing user stories within an Agile model. You will also lead SIT and UAT processes, coordinating with application teams to ensure IT solutions align perfectly with business requirements.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Mobile Application projects.
Proficient in the Agile working model and experienced in writing comprehensive user stories.
In-depth knowledge of the software development process, including design and programming principles.
Advanced skills in GAP analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience in the Insurance domain or Testing Management is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills to identify business needs and improve IT system operations.
