
The Lead Analyst, Testing is responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure software meets specified standards and end-user requirements. This role involves liaising with stakeholders to analyze business applications and improve IT systems within an Agile environment.
As a Lead Analyst in Testing, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include performing GAP analysis, process mapping, and managing user stories. You will also lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring alignment between IT solutions and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct quality control tests to ensure software meets specified standards. - Liaise with stakeholders to analyze business applications and evaluate user needs. - Define actions to improve IT systems based on analysis. - Perform GAP analysis and process mapping. - Manage user stories within an Agile model. - Lead SIT and UAT processes, coordinating with application teams. - Ensure IT solutions align with business requirements.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on Mobile Application projects.
Proficient in the Agile working model and experienced in writing comprehensive user stories.
In-depth knowledge of the software development process, including design and programming principles.
Advanced skills in GAP analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and risk assessment.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience in the Insurance domain or Testing Management is highly preferred.
