Job Description
In this role, the Lead Engineer will engage in day-to-day activities that involve understanding customer technical roadmaps and leading new product manufacturing processes. The work environment is primarily an office setting, requiring sustained visual concentration and occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of manufacturing processes.
- Manage the deployment and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Understand and interpret customer technical roadmaps.
- Provide feedback on technical requirements for new products.
- Implement cost-optimized manufacturing feedback using design for manufacturability tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor and report on manufacturing process performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
Ability to perform duties in a normal office environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on detailed data.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
