As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will oversee the design and implementation of structural projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Your role includes conducting site inspections, analyzing structural systems, and collaborating with architects and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
Excellent project management and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
