The Leasing Manager will engage in day-to-day leasing operations, ensuring effective management of properties and tenant interactions. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to achieve leasing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing activities for retail, commercial, and residential properties.
- Drive occupancy rates and maximize rental yield.
- Manage and nurture tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline leasing processes.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to enhance property visibility.
- Conduct market research and rental benchmarking.
- Prepare and present leasing proposals to potential tenants.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate, preferably in office, retail, or commercial sectors.
Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
Strong analytical ability with experience in rental benchmarking and tenancy planning.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
