The Leasing Manager will oversee leasing activities for retail, commercial, and residential properties. The role involves driving occupancy, maximizing rental yield, managing tenant relationships, and coordinating across internal departments and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferably in office, retail, or commercial sectors.
Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
Strong analytical ability with experience in rental benchmarking and tenancy planning.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, resourceful, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Able to work effectively with people at all levels.
Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
