Job Description
The day-to-day work involves conducting lectures, practical sessions, and assessments for students in the field of aircraft maintenance. The work environment is dynamic, focusing on both academic and hands-on training to ensure students meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop courseware in line with EASA and CAAM standards.
- Prepare and evaluate examinations for students.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and implementation.
- Assist in the creation of learning materials for effective teaching.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Participate in exam administration and marking.
- Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions.
Job Requirements
PhD or Master's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Registered with Board of Engineers Malaysia.
Minimum 5 years of aviation-related work experience or in commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
High degree of computer literacy with ability to integrate technology into teaching.
Strong hands-on practical knowledge.
