Job Description

As a Legal Administrative Coordinator, you will provide essential support to the APAC Legal Leadership and East Asia Legal Team. Key responsibilities include managing the legal budget, raising requisitions, tracking invoices, and overseeing the external counsel portfolio. You will also coordinate meetings, manage travel and expenses, and produce detailed reports using Excel and PowerPoint to ensure the efficient operation of the regional legal department. The role requires a proactive approach to implementing corporate projects and administrative workflows.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role is required.

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce accurate documents under deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to solve problems and exercise good judgment.

Proven track record of effective collaboration and teamwork in a global business environment.
