Job Description
This role provides legal support and advisory services to business divisions within the Maxis group to facilitate contracts and dealings with third parties. The position involves collaborating with various departments, especially consumer business and sales & services teams, to understand their requirements and provide legal advice that ensures compliance and supports operations.
Job Requirements
Degree in Law (LLB).
Minimum 15 years' experience post being called to the Bar with at least 3 years in a private practice with a leading law firm.
Able to work independently.
Positive, passionate, collaborative.
Thrives in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Enjoys learning new things, meeting new people and working with diverse range of internal stakeholders.
Critical thinking and good problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills when dealing with counter-parties to a transaction as well as internal stakeholders.
