Role Summary
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of part codes and serial numbers in the logistics process. This role plays a critical part in coordinating production and shipment activities to maintain efficient operations.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily coordination with production teams to verify part codes and manage stock levels. You will also oversee container loading processes and monitor schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with production to ensure accuracy in part codes and serial numbers.
- Update finished stock levels and confirm container loading processes.
- Monitor container schedules and perform empty container checks before unstuffing cargo.
- Prepare shipment details and documentation for logistics operations.
- Guide storekeepers on the stuffing process to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies in shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and inventory levels.
Job Requirements
Candidates must possess at least SPM or diploma in any field.
At least 2 years of experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work on a rolling shift pattern.
Willingness to work in the Senai, Johor area.
