Job Description
The Mall Executive is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the mall, focusing on tenant affairs, facilities maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations. This role involves coordinating with various departments to resolve operational issues, managing documentation, and preparing reports for management. The ideal candidate will ensure that tenants adhere to mall rules and regulations while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate / Property Management / Engineering / Business studies / or its equivalent
Candidates with additional qualification as a Building / Mechanical & Electrical Engineer will be an added advantage
Candidates with relevant working experience in Tenancy or Mall Operations will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
