Job Description
The Mall Executive will engage in various operational tasks, focusing on tenant relations and facility management. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to address operational challenges and ensure a smooth functioning of the mall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with tenants to ensure compliance with mall regulations.
- Manage day-to-day operations and address tenant affairs.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare reports for management regarding operational issues.
- Resolve operational issues in collaboration with various departments.
- Maintain documentation related to tenancy operations.
- Ensure a safe and efficient environment for all mall users.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Engineering, Business Studies, or its equivalent.
Additional qualifications as a Building, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer are an advantage.
Relevant working experience in Tenancy or Mall Operations is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
