The Management Associate (CEO-Mentored Track) is responsible for developing leadership skills and gaining insights into the strategic operations of the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders, providing exposure to high-level decision-making processes and business strategies.
Job Description
As a Management Associate, you will engage in various projects and initiatives that support the club's operations and strategic goals. You will work in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with different departments while receiving mentorship from the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with various departments to implement new initiatives.
- Assist in the development of business strategies and plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support the CEO in daily operations and special projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
