Job Description
As a Management Associate, you will engage in various projects that drive the company's growth and efficiency, collaborating with a small team under the direct mentorship of the CEO. You will be involved in strategic planning, operational execution, and performance analysis to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

Job Requirements
