This programme offers structured training, business rotations, and hands-on project exposure to develop future talents in operations planning, data analysis, project management, and on-site operations management.
As a Management Trainee, you will gain practical experience in end-to-end operational processes, complete rotation tasks, analyze operational data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on key projects.
