Role Summary

Job Description
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve disputes and drive month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Enhance AR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes and optimize cash flow.
- Analyze AR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement process improvements and system automation initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Proven leadership experience in AR processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in process improvement and system automation
