Job Description
The Manager, Accounts & Finance will oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness across various financial functions. This role involves managing monthly closing processes, reviewing payment vouchers, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. The manager will also supervise the accounts and finance team, implement process improvements, and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance.
Exposure to construction or property development industries is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of full set accounting, financial closing, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
