Job Description
In this role, the Manager, Accounts & Finance will engage in daily financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all accounting practices. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various departments and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full set of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage monthly closing processes and financial reporting.
- Review payment vouchers for compliance and accuracy.
- Supervise the accounts and finance team to enhance performance.
- Implement process improvements for efficiency in financial operations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and financial regulations.
Job Requirements
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance.
Exposure to construction or property development industries is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of full set accounting, financial closing, and statutory compliance.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
