The Manager/Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance (Group Investment) is responsible for evaluating financial proposals and conducting feasibility studies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and enhancing the investment decision-making process within the organization.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day evaluations of financial proposals and collaborate with superiors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines. You will also prepare presentation materials and conduct research to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate financials and qualitative aspects of proposals.
• Undertake research and feasibility studies on investment proposals.
• Prepare schemes, presentation papers, and announcements related to proposals.
• Assist superiors in ensuring compliance with guidelines and laws.
• Review presentation materials, legal documents, and reports.
• Prepare submissions and documents for shareholders and public investors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
