
The Manager/Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance (Group Investment) is responsible for evaluating financial proposals and conducting feasibility studies. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and enhancing the investment decision-making process within the organization.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day evaluations of financial proposals and collaborate with superiors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines. You will also prepare presentation materials and conduct research to support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or professional qualification (ACCA, MICPA, CPA or equivalent)
At least 3 years of experience in corporate finance transactions or audit
Knowledge of capital markets and securities law
Strong writing and research skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and adaptable in challenging environments
