The Manager, Business Finance is responsible for overseeing GFM's financial performance and business planning. This role plays a critical part in managing accounting flows related to treasury instruments and products, ensuring effective financial management within the organization.

• Perform variance analysis on financial performance.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
• Design and maintain scorecards for senior leaders.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
• Manage the month-end closing process efficiently.
• Partner with stakeholders for scenario planning and analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement accounting flows for new treasury instruments.
