Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day financial analysis and reporting, collaborating with various teams to enhance financial performance. You will work in a dynamic environment, partnering with stakeholders to drive business planning and financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform variance analysis on financial performance.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
- Design and maintain scorecards for senior leaders.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management review.
- Manage the month-end closing process efficiently.
- Partner with stakeholders for scenario planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement accounting flows for new treasury instruments.
Job Requirements
Professional qualification or degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in business finance/financial planning & analysis or external audit, preferably in banking or financial services industry.
Knowledge in bank operations and treasury product/instrument will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and integrity.
