The Manager, CAFIB is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Basel/CAFIB Framework and related risk management functions. This role requires collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Job Description
In this position, the Manager, CAFIB will engage in daily activities that involve compliance and reporting, risk assessments, and system enhancement projects. The work environment is dynamic, requiring interaction with multiple teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Basel/CAFIB Framework.
- Monitor compliance with the BNM Capital Adequacy Framework.
- Prepare monthly reporting related to risk management.
- Facilitate risk assessments across various departments.
- Conduct projects aimed at system enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data to support risk management functions.
Job Requirements
Degree in Finance, Banking, Actuarial Sciences, Accountancy, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Statistics, Economics or related disciplines.
5 years of experience in Banking or related fields.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience in handling large datasets using Excel, SAS, or databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
