Job Description
As a Manager and Data Analyst within the Risk Compliance Security Unit, you will lead data collection, cleaning, and validation processes to ensure accuracy across large datasets. You will be responsible for developing automated workflows and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. The role involves performing exploratory data analysis to uncover risk trends and supporting internal audits with data-driven evidence. You will collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and IT teams to deliver technical solutions and present key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management to guide decision-making.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in statistical computer languages such as Python and SQL.
Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques including clustering and neural networks.
Experience with advanced statistical techniques like regression and distributions.
Ability to design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
