Job Description
The Manager of Event Planning & Management will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of various events at The Waterfront Shoppes of The Light City. This role involves managing vendor relationships, developing event budgets, overseeing logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The manager will also work closely with the marketing team to promote events and evaluate their success against KPIs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related discipline.
8 - 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Proven track record in event planning and management.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
