The Manager of Events & Sales is responsible for maximizing event-led revenue at Resorts World Awana. This role involves owning the sales cycle, driving conversion, and ensuring events meet brand standards. The manager will also develop high-yield event packages and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance the resort's market positioning.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales, MICE, or hospitality sales
Proven track record in aggressive sales growth and revenue achievement
Strong understanding of destination resort dynamics and MICE business
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
