Job Description
The Manager Safety & Health will develop and enforce safety policies, conduct site inspections, investigate incidents, ensure compliance with regulations, lead safety training, monitor contractor performance, maintain documentation, coordinate emergency response, and promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Certified Safety & Health Officer (SHO) /DOSH Green Book holder
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and ISO 45001 requirements
Experience in incident investigation, risk assessment, and safety auditing
Strong leadership and ability to manage safety teams and contractors
Good communication, reporting, and training skills
