
The Manager/Senior Manager, Learning & Development is responsible for driving the organisation's vision and mission through strategic learning initiatives. This role significantly impacts employee development and talent management across all levels of the organisation.
In this role, you will engage in the analysis of learning and development needs, deploying initiatives that align with the organisation's goals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective learning solutions are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Malaysian citizen.
Minimum 8 - 10 years of HR learning and development and talent management experience.
Full-cycle of L&D expertise from strategy to execution.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering engaging training sessions.
Familiarity with HRIS/LMS platforms and Workday is required.
