The Manager, Technology Centre is responsible for leading the development and support of the Integral Life Application. This role involves ensuring system delivery meets scope and quality standards while fostering technical excellence within the team.
In this position, you will oversee daily operations related to the Integral Life Application, including requirement gathering and code development. You will work closely with junior team members and management to ensure high-quality system delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance application development.
Deep expertise in Integral Life or Life Asia COBOL systems.
Technical proficiency in AS400, SMART/400, Control Language, and SQL.
Strong analytical skills for impact analysis and user feedback.
Comprehensive understanding of SDLC processes and system deployment.
Proven ability to mentor junior staff.
