Job Description
As a Manager in Integral Life Delivery Management, you will lead the development and support of the Integral Life Application. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, impact analysis, code development, and UAT support. You will ensure system delivery meets scope and quality standards while adhering to SDLC processes. Additionally, you will handle production incidents, provide management updates, and mentor junior team members to drive technical excellence within the technology hub.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance application development.
Deep expertise in Integral Life or Life Asia COBOL systems.
Technical proficiency in AS400, SMART/400, Control Language, and SQL.
Strong analytical skills to perform impact analysis and provide user feedback.
Comprehensive understanding of SDLC processes and system deployment.
Proven ability to mentor junior staff and participate in knowledge sharing.
High standards for system security, compliance, and production support.
