Job Description

The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and TikTok Ads. The candidate will analyze data for performance reporting and scale successful campaigns while ensuring performance targets are met.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads

Proven track record in optimizing campaigns based on CPA, ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager

Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams
