Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
Proven track record in optimizing campaigns based on CPA, ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams
