Job Description
As a Marketing and Reporting Intern, you will engage in various tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Your day-to-day activities will involve using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and the Workday learning platform to assist in reporting and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update reports using Excel.
- Set up training courses on the Workday learning platform.
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites.
- Update marketing materials in accordance with Swift Branding guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations using PowerPoint.
- Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Interest in Finance and technology.
Strong interpersonal skills.
