In this dynamic role, the Marketing Coordinator will engage in daily tasks that include entering and tracking new orders, generating sales leads, and assisting with customer inquiries. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring effective multitasking and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and track new orders to support sales activities.
- Generate sales leads and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Gather feedback and data to improve sales targets.
- Monitor sales activities and assist with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Process orders accurately with correct delivery expectations.
- Maintain buyer data and report buyer dissatisfaction.
- Support work and performance improvement activities.
- Assist in delivery by courier when needed.
- Follow up on production progress and outbound shipment, providing status updates to customers.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least STPM/Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and good adaptability.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in sales coordinating is an added advantage.
