The Marketing Executive, Retail & Onground Activation at Wonderlab supports the planning and execution of on-ground activations, retail campaigns, and sampling programs to enhance brand presence in key retail accounts. This role involves coordinating with store promoters, suppliers, and internal teams, conducting post-campaign evaluations, managing administrative tasks, and contributing creative ideas to improve in-store consumer engagement aligned with the Wonderlab brand persona.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
103 years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or retail operations; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
Energetic, hands-on, proactive team player.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and lifestyle branding.
Experience working with retail chains or in-store event setups is an advantage.
