Job Description
As a CUCKOO Sales Representative/Telemarketer based in Kajang, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote CUCKOO’s range of healthy home appliances, including water and air purifiers. Your role involves identifying new sales opportunities, explaining product benefits, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through telemarketing activities.
- Promote CUCKOO’s range of healthy home appliances.
- Identify new sales opportunities in the market.
- Explain product benefits to customers effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Malaysian citizen aged 20 to 35 years old.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to work on-site in Kajang from Monday to Friday.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn professional sales techniques.
