
The Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding customer needs and building awareness of Pickle Social Club's services to support business growth and community engagement. This role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to effectively present offerings and develop marketing campaigns across various verticals.
The Marketing Manager at Pickle Social Club will engage in day-to-day activities that involve strategizing and executing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with the Managing Director and management team to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
5 - 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifestyle, sports, fitness, F&B or community-driven brands.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Proven experience managing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
