Job Description

The Marketing Manager at Pickle Social Club will engage in day-to-day activities that involve strategizing and executing marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with the Managing Director and management team to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote PSC's services.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing messages.
  • Manage social media platforms and content strategy to increase brand awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Organize community events to engage with the target audience.

Job Requirements

5 - 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifestyle, sports, fitness, F&B or community-driven brands.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.

Proven experience managing campaigns from ideation to execution.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
