Job Description
The Marketing Officer will engage in daily activities that include dealer visits, application submissions, and maintaining strong business relationships with car dealers. This position requires adherence to regulations and timely follow-ups on pending cases, along with conducting product briefings and maintaining accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the achievement of financing approval and disbursement volumes.
- Conduct dealer visits to strengthen business relationships.
- Submit applications for financing approval.
- Maintain accurate reports on financing activities.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA regulations.
- Follow up on pending cases in a timely manner.
- Conduct product briefings for dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or relationship management role within the financial services or vehicle financing industry.
Proven track record of driving business growth in vehicle financing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
