Marketing Officer, Vehicle Financing Sales Hub (Petaling Jaya) – Bank Islam

The Marketing Officer is responsible for driving the achievement of key business objectives for Vehicle Financing. This role involves engaging with dealers and customers to ensure optimal financing approval and disbursement volumes in a dynamic financial services environment.

In this role, the Marketing Officer will engage in daily activities that include conducting dealer visits, submitting applications for approval, and maintaining strong business relationships. The position requires adherence to regulations and timely follow-up on pending cases, along with conducting product briefings and maintaining accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the achievement of financing approval and disbursement volumes.
• Conduct dealer visits to strengthen relationships and promote vehicle financing products.
• Submit applications for financing approval in a timely manner.
• Maintain and nurture business relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA regulations in all dealings.
• Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct product briefings for dealers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate reports on financing activities and dealer interactions.
