Job Description
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will conduct R&D studies, monitor and control process parameters, and report on trial run outcomes. You will propose and implement projects to improve factory operations and safety, prepare work instructions, and conduct inspections of factory equipment. Additionally, you will supervise junior staff, ensure equipment maintenance, monitor inventory, and communicate project progress to superiors.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Good command of English & Malay
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
Experience with engineering software like AutoCAD, Aspen Hysys, and SOLIDWORKS
Ability to work independently and meticulously
Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
