We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to support large-scale data centre and mission-critical projects. This role requires expertise in either Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) or Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) disciplines, and involves managing project costs throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring effective cost control and procurement management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s degree advantageous).
5-10 years’ experience in cost management or construction-related roles.
Strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and methodologies.
Exposure to data centre or mission-critical projects is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in CostX or equivalent cost estimation software.
