
The Merchandiser/Buyer role involves sourcing and managing products across various categories. You will be responsible for supplier negotiations, sales planning, and operational support to enhance the shopping experience.
As a Merchandiser/Buyer, you will identify potential products for development, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare monthly reviews. You will manage weekly sales targets, support day-to-day operations, and ensure the execution of promotional plans. Additionally, you will conduct store visits to monitor conditions and support special projects aimed at improving sales.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience as buyer / merchandiser or equivalent.
Customer focused, strong oral communications with demonstrated ability to lead/influence and a team player.
Ability to manage complex and competing priorities whilst building simple strategies to improve results.
Possess own transport and able to work in Maluri, Cheras.
