The Merchandiser is responsible for the visual merchandising and stock management of BABA'S products at assigned retail outlets. This role involves ensuring product displays are appealing and stock levels are maintained to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that include arranging products and conducting store inspections to ensure compliance with merchandising standards. You will work closely with outlet managers and report your activities to supervisors to maintain optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.
Ability to follow specific shelf placement and display guidelines.
Strong organizational skills to manage stock and FIFO principles.
Good communication skills for daily reporting and store manager interaction.
Physical fitness to handle and arrange stock weighing between 25g and 3kg.
Willingness to wear company uniforms and adhere to professional standards.
Flexibility to be relocated to different outlets as required.
