Job Description
As a Merchandiser at the Klang Branch, you will engage in daily activities that focus on product placement and stock monitoring in a dynamic retail environment. You will work closely with various retail outlets to ensure that products are displayed effectively and inventory levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance product visibility by following standard display procedures.
- Implement FIFO principles to minimize expired stock.
- Ensure eye-catching product placement on shelves.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.
- Maintain professional relationships with outlet managers.
- Adhere to company uniform standards and grooming protocols.
- Conduct daily reporting to ensure optimal market presence.
Job Requirements
Willingness to wear company uniforms and adhere to grooming standards.
Ability to travel and be relocated to various outlets within the Klang Valley.
Knowledge of merchandising principles, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
Strong communication skills for daily reporting to Sales Managers and Supervisors.
Proactive attitude in greeting outlet managers and building professional relationships.
Detail-oriented approach to inspecting shelf-life and arranging products systematically.
Physically capable of managing shelf displays and monitoring stock levels.
