Job Description
As a Merchandiser at the Klang Branch, you will be responsible for enhancing product visibility and managing stock levels across various retail outlets. Key duties include following standard display procedures, implementing FIFO principles to minimize expired stock, and ensuring eye-catching product placement on shelves. You will monitor inventory, report shortages to supervisors, and maintain professional relationships with outlet managers while adhering to company uniform standards and daily reporting protocols to ensure optimal market presence.
Job Requirements
Willingness to wear company uniforms and adhere to grooming standards.
Ability to travel and be relocated to various outlets within the Klang Valley.
Knowledge of merchandising principles, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
Strong communication skills for daily reporting to Sales Managers and Supervisors.
Proactive attitude in greeting outlet managers and building professional relationships.
Detail-oriented approach to inspecting shelf-life and arranging products systematically.
Physically capable of managing shelf displays and monitoring stock levels.
Ability to follow specific instructions regarding product placement and row alignment.
