Job Description

The Human Resource Executive will engage in various HR activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of employee benefits. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with different teams to enhance HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee insurance programs and benefits administration.
  • Assist with the implementation of SAP HRMS for improved HR processes.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle documentation from recruitment to resignation.
  • Maintain accurate personnel data in Orisoft HRIS.
  • Handle leave administration and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Prepare various HR-related correspondence and reports.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and general HR administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.

Solid working knowledge of core HR functions and administrative procedures.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS software such as SAP or Orisoft.

Experience in managing employee insurance and leave administration.

Strong communication and reporting skills.
