Job Description
As a Merchandiser for Baba Products, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability and optimal shelf occupancy at assigned outlets in Kuantan. Key duties include following standard display procedures, implementing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles, and arranging products like turmeric and curry powders in eye-catching positions. You will monitor stock levels, report to supervisors daily, and maintain professional attire while representing the brand in retail environments.
Job Requirements
Willingness to wear company uniforms and maintain a professional appearance.
Ability to follow strict display and merchandising procedures according to planograms.
Strong understanding of inventory management and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.
Effective communication skills for daily reporting to Sales Managers or Supervisors.
Physical ability to arrange and move stock, including heavy items (1kg-3kg).
Flexibility to be relocated or visit various outlets as per business needs.
