Job Description

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for servicing assigned retail outlets to ensure product availability and optimal shelf occupancy according to planograms. Key tasks include maintaining stock levels, implementing FIFO principles to manage shelf-life, and arranging products like spices and flours in eye-catching displays. You will communicate daily with supervisors and adhere to company uniform standards while visiting various supermarkets and retail locations.

Job Requirements

Willingness to wear the company uniform during working hours.

Ability to travel or be relocated within the Klang Valley region as needed.

Good communication skills for reporting daily activities and greeting outlet managers.

Strong attention to detail for product arrangement and stock monitoring.

Basic understanding of inventory management principles like First-In/First-Out (FIFO).

Ability to follow specific shelf placement instructions based on product weight and category.

Diligent and proactive in reporting stock shortages to the Sales Manager.
