Job Description
As a Merchandiser for the Sungai Petani branch, you will be responsible for enhancing product visibility and managing stock levels across various retail outlets. Key duties include visiting assigned stores, greeting outlet managers, and ensuring BABA'S products are displayed according to strict standard procedures. You will implement the FIFO principle to manage shelf-life, maintain eye-catching displays for specific product ranges, and report daily activities and stock requirements to the Sales Manager to ensure optimal market presence.
Job Requirements
Willingness to wear the company uniform and adhere to professional grooming standards.
Ability to follow specific product display and shelving protocols, including the FIFO principle.
Strong communication skills for daily reporting and interacting with outlet managers.
Proactive attitude in monitoring stock levels and inspecting product shelf-life.

Flexibility to be relocated or assigned to different outlets as business needs arise.
