Job Description

As a Mid-Market Account Manager, you will engage with clients daily, developing strategic plans and collaborating with teams to ensure operational efficiency. Your focus will be on meeting KPIs and identifying new business opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic and tactical plans for a larger market portfolio.
  • Meet KPIs and goals for acquiring new accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market strategies and financial data for decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and tenders.
  • Expand account depth and breadth.
  • Support collections team with customer aging.
  • Maintain and update CRM pipeline consistently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
