Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily processing of Third-Party Property Damage, Own Damage, and Non-Motor claims, working in a dynamic environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with agents and customers to provide support and resolve inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and assess Third-Party Property Damage, Own Damage, and Non-Motor claims.
- Negotiate settlements within delegated authority limits.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) and regulatory guidelines.
- Review complex claims and manage turnaround times.
- Update No Claim Bonus records accurately.
- Provide professional support to agents regarding claim inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline (non-degree holders with experience considered).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor or PA claims processing.
Proficiency in claims systems such as Merimen and POLA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
