The Non-Medical Claims Analyst oversees the end-to-end processing of motor and non-motor insurance claims while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
The Non-Medical Claims Analyst is responsible for processing and assessing Third-Party Property Damage, Own Damage, and Non-Motor claims. Key duties include negotiating settlements within delegated authority limits, ensuring compliance with BNM and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. You will review complex claims, manage turnaround times, update No Claim Bonus records, and provide professional support to agents and customers regarding claim inquiries.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline (non-degree holders with experience considered).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor or PA claims processing.
Proficiency in claims systems such as Merimen and POLA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and negotiations.
Ability to adhere strictly to SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
