
The Non-Medical Claims Analyst is responsible for processing and assessing various claims related to property damage and personal accidents. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines while maintaining operational efficiency.
In this role, you will engage in the daily processing of Third-Party Property Damage, Own Damage, and Non-Motor claims, working in a dynamic environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with agents and customers to provide support and resolve inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline (non-degree holders with experience considered).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Motor or PA claims processing.
Proficiency in claims systems such as Merimen and POLA.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
