The NPI Program Leadership / NPI Manager will lead the Plexus Program Leadership team in developing and executing new product introduction and transition programs across global regions and market sectors. This role involves supporting customer and business development to secure wins, while managing the overall program plan and execution, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including Engineering Solutions, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, aligning with senior leadership to create global solutions, and managing program-specific KPIs and financial metrics. The role requires effective communication and resource management to ensure successful program execution and product launches.
Job Requirements
10 years of related experience required; 5 years of equivalent industry experience preferred.
High computer skills and literacy.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
