The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks and managing filing systems, both physical and digital. This includes managing purchase orders, preparing invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders using AutoCount, as well as assisting with product-related documents including screw and parts numbering and records. The role also involves updating, maintaining, and organizing data using Microsoft Excel, handling communication through phone calls and emails, liaising with internal staff and external parties, and performing photocopying, printing, faxing, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Familiar with AutoCount or willing to learn.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Able to manage workload properly and no procrastination in work.
Pay attention to details and follow instructions carefully.
Willing to learn and improve continuously.
