Job Description

The Office Administrative Assistant will engage in various administrative duties, ensuring smooth daily operations in a dynamic office environment. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication skills to manage both physical and digital documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Manage and organize filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders using AutoCount.
  • Assist with product-related documents, including screw and parts numbering.
  • Update and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicate effectively through phone calls and emails.
  • Liaise with internal staff and external parties as needed.
  • Perform photocopying, printing, faxing, and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Familiarity with AutoCount or willingness to learn.

Must be punctual and reliable.

Ability to manage workload effectively without procrastination.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.

Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
