As an On-Ground Hospitality Operations Assistant, you will conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure that all units and common areas are well-maintained. Your role involves ensuring cleanliness and functionality, assisting with defect checks, and performing necessary fixes to maintain operations. You will support urgent on-site issues, assist in setting up units, and prepare them for guest check-ins. Coordination with contractors for repairs and collaboration with housekeeping and operations teams are essential to ensure units are consistently ready for use.
Experience in hospitality or property management
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform basic maintenance and repairs
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with Airbnb or short-stay operations
Flexibility to handle urgent issues as they arise
