As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will engage in daily interactions with clients, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance software functionality. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for software systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update software applications as needed.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement system improvements.
  • Train clients on software usage and best practices.
  • Document support activities and maintain records of issues and resolutions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.

Must be a Sarawakian and able to reside in Bintulu.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
