
The Onsite Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for software systems. This role involves working directly with clients on-site to ensure optimal performance and reliability of software applications.
As an Onsite Support Engineer, you will engage in daily interactions with clients, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to enhance software functionality. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
Must be a Sarawakian and able to reside in Bintulu.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
