Job Description
The role involves assisting in the management and optimization of marine operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and quality service delivery. The position supports logistics and supply chain planning and execution, oversees compliance with maritime regulations and safety protocols, and maintains client and vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing quality management and regional support to offices in Malaysia, supporting budget planning and cost control, monitoring vessel berthing and operational KPIs, and contributing to projects for operational improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience in operations within the shipping/marine industry.
Flexible to handle operational issues beyond regular hours and during holidays.
Experience in terminal, vessel, or depot operations is an advantage.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
